STEP 1 : UNDERSTANDING THE EVERYDAY ENVIRONMENT

This step is crucial to understanding the customer and his or her environment. We take into consideration the factors that impact lifestyle (stress, sleep, diet, activity level, training, work...).

STEP 2: UNDERSTAND THE WHY?

We assess and understand the customer's “why”. We identify what drives the customer to improve their daily life.

STEP 3: CHANGING HABITS

We determine the actions and lifestyle habits to be taken over the next 4 weeks (improving sleep quality, reviewing basic eating habits, etc.).

STEP 4: MONITOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PLAN AND ADJUST IF NECESSARY

After the first month, we review the results and provide regular follow-up to ensure continued progress.

HYPERTROPHY AND FAT LOSS

STEP 1: UNDERSTANDING YOUR GOALS

This step is crucial to understanding the client's goals in terms of muscle mass gain and fat loss. We assess current activity levels, type of training, and specific goals related to hypertrophy and fat loss.

STEP 2: BUILD UP A MEAL PLAN

We develop a personalized nutrition plan to meet the client's goals. This plan includes specific calorie and macronutrient recommendations to support muscle development and fat loss.

STEP 3: MONITOR PROGRESS

We provide regular follow-up to assess the client's progress. We monitor body changes, physical performance, and adjust the plan according to results and needs, including the client's training. We also offer the possibility of setting up a training plan for total coaching, if the client so wishes.

STEP 4: ADJUST AND OPTIMIZE

After each training cycle (4 to 6 weeks), we take a look at the progress made. We adjust the dietary plan and, if necessary, the training plan to continue progressing towards the objectives set, thus optimizing results.

This step is crucial to understanding the customer's sports performance objectives. We assess the sport, training level and specific performance goals.

We develop a personalized nutritional plan to meet the client's energy and nutritional requirements. This plan takes into account load and recovery periods, and the intakes required to optimize sports performance.

STEP 3: MONITOR PROGRESS

We provide regular follow-up to assess the client's progress. We monitor body changes, physical performance, and adjust the plan according to results and needs, including the client's training. We also offer the possibility of setting up a training plan for total coaching, if the client so wishes.

STEP 4: MONITOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PLAN AND ADJUST IF NECESSARY

After each competition or training phase, we take a look at the progress made. We adjust the nutritional plan and, if necessary, the training plan to continue progressing towards the objectives set, thus optimizing results.
