With over 10 years of teaching ITF Taekwon-Do and a career competing at the world level, Étienne knows what it means to push beyond limits.
His passion for physical training led him to become a coach, where he combines expertise and energy to help his clients achieve their goals.

Étienne has completed numerous specialized training courses and certifications that provide him with advanced coaching expertise. These include certifications in Ataraxia - CPEP 1, Quantum Training - Becoming a Coach, and the Quantum Academy, which cover solid foundations in coaching and athlete development.
He is also qualified in Functional Range Conditioning (FRS), Kinstretch (Level 1), Functional Range Assessment, and the Functional Strength Model, enabling him to master mobility, functional assessment, and strength.
Lastly, his Agatsu - Mobility & Movement certification complements his skills in functional mobility and movement.
Étienne has participated in two major Taekwon-Do competitions: the World Cup in England in 2012 and another in Jamaica in 2014.
In addition to these international events, he has also competed in numerous provincial and national championships.
Martial arts have been Étienne’s very first passion. He has been immersed in this world since a young age, particularly with ITF Taekwon-Do. He competed at the world level and taught in his own club.
Today, in his free time, he loves staying active outdoors, especially with his children, who are his main source of motivation to keep pushing his limits.
